Less clients, better service. Most of my clients are a lot like me: entrepreneurial, in charge of their businesses and futures, dynamic, give a high priority to values such as integrity and hard work. They want focused attention when they need it but otherwise just like to say “Hi” now and then.
My goal is to create the premier estate planning and asset protection legal practice on the Eastside of Washington State. To achieve that, our legal products must adhere to three key criteria for every client:
- be fully understood by the client
- accomplish the client’s goals, and
- work for other professionals to help my clients when they need it.
SOLUTION FOCUSED LEGAL THINKING
My banking, insurance and securities background led to a natural progression into estate and asset protection law. I periodically would have to tell a client “I understand what you want to do but your legal documents don’t allow us to do that.”
Sometimes people wasted thousands of dollars on products that did not allow other professionals to help the clients in creating the client’s desires. I do not want to create such products.
